Gotta say, not many people can guess that's Paul McGann and it get it correct, I'm impressed. Unless, I've made a mis-spelling, I'm not american, I'm a brit. I'm also not 14, I'm 15 (I'm currently re-making my About Me). Rutles Wiki, you say? Now that is a subject, I'm highly interested in... -- *Peace* I'm Thinking of Linking 13:30, December 5, 2011 (UTC)
hi Ottlespy. Can you please just go along with this? I agree with you about the list. But with the current revision of it it will clog up the pages. !ṂěṭáṛđίṢ! 2013 Thu at pm 16: 58 founder At Just William Wiki
Re: Non-Beatle stuff Edit
I presume that you have made the above comment solely on the basis of reading Recent Changes, or my contributions list. If you had bothered to check the actual articles themselves, especially the history, you would have seen that my only contributions to them were to add a reason to the "delete" notice which another user has added; quite the opposite of what you claim I was doing. Indeed, should I become an admin here, both those articles will be deleted shortly afterward; an article should be tagged for deletion for two weeks at most. — RobertATfm (talk) 15:03, October 3, 2013 (UTC)
I would just like to add, if I should adopt this wiki, one thing I will do is to make a major clean-up and shake-up of the Policy page, amongst other things pointing out that this wiki is solely about the Beatles, the band and its members, their subsequent solo careers, and directly related stuff such as Beatle associates (one thing I did recently was to edit Alf Bicknell, which had been created as a vandal/troll page, into the start of a real article); and that anything else is off-topic and liable to be swiftly deleted. I will also, if this is possible, add a line to the edit-box text saying that by editing this wiki, users acknowledge that they have read the policy page and that they agree to abide by it. If both you and the other active user (Ian678) give the go-ahead, I can push for adoption immediately (without having to wait the mandatory week) and thus clear out the rubbish pages in the Delete category all the sooner; "yea though the mills of Wikia grind fine, yet do they grind exceeding slow". — RobertATfm (talk) 15:52, October 3, 2013 (UTC)
