That Would Be Something is the second track from Paul McCartney's debut album McCartney. It was the second song recorded after The Lovely Linda, and like that song, it was written at High Park Farm, McCartney's Scottish retreat. The song was mixed at EMI Studios on February 22, 1970.[1]

Vocal percussion is used to simulate drums. The song was performed live on January 25, 1991.
